What should I send for a reference photo?
A clear, well-lit photo works best. A phone photo is perfect. If you want a specific outfit, pose, prop, or background, include a note with your request.
Can you draw pets, groups, and couples?
Absolutely. Ran can combine people, pets, and favorite characters in one playful scene. For larger groups, send the clearest photo of each face so every personality gets room to shine.
How long does a portrait take?
Most portraits are ready within 5 to 7 business days after the reference details are confirmed. Larger group scenes or extra revisions may need a little more time.
What do I receive?
You receive a high-resolution digital portrait that is ready to share or print. The final file is delivered as a PNG, with a JPG available on request.
Can I request a particular color palette or mood?
Yes. Tell us whether you want sunny, spooky, retro, soft, or wonderfully over-the-top. Ran will use your direction while keeping the hand-drawn comic-studio feel.
